Basketball teams compete in various leagues across the city and state. Teams participate in some summer leagues, as well as traditional winter leagues. The age for participating youth is from 7-17.

Participants learn the ins and outs of the sport boxing from experienced and talented trainers. The youth will have opportunities to test those skills in live matches.

For youth that don’t enjoy physically playing sports, they have the chance to play through a video game. Youth will compete with other youth across the nation through a closely monitored program. This program could potentially lead to several scholarship and coding opportunities for kids.

Locations for this program vary. Youth may have opportunities to compete in many fishing competitions.

Kids will have the opportunity to learn and develop football skills always in a safe environment. The age for participating youth is 7-12.

Squads are present during football games to cheer on PAL teams. Cheer and dance squads also have the opportunity to participate in various competitions. Age for participating is 7-12.

The program especially for youth who enjoy music and singing. Various possible opportunities for live performances.

Seasonal program partnered with the organization called First Tee. Youth will learn the game of golf while also being taught important life skills. The age for participating youth is from 7-17.
